Location Details – 1 hour 3 minute drive from Trailfitters to Banning State Park in Sandstone, MN

 Minnesota State Park Pass needed. Park at the main trailhead by Teacher’s Overlook. Start hiking on Quarry Loop Trail going clockwise along the Kettle River, passing the old rock crusher & power house buildings. Once you reach the intersection for Hell’s Gate Trail, go right to stay on Quarry Loop Trail. At the next intersection take a left onto Deadman’s Trail, followed by another left onto High Bluff Trail. Turn left again onto Wolf Creek Trail which will bring you to Wolf Creek Falls. Take your #TFTC26 Selfiehere with the waterfall! Head back on Wolf Creek Trail staying left past the High Bluff Trail you came in on. Just before the Campground, take a right onto Deadman’s Trail and once again continue past High Bluff Trail. This will bring you back to Quarry Loop Trail which you’ll take clockwise back to your car. Remember to Leave No Trace!
